1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 55kk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at 55kk.lat. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 55kk platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 55kk. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall govern in all cases.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 55kk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The 55kk platform strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players across Bangladesh. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, or who are subject to any court order restricting their capacity to contract, are not eligible to hold a 55kk account.
• Single account: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 55kk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have requested exclusion from the 55kk platform. Players who have previously self-excluded may not circumvent exclusion by creating a new account.
• Sanctions: You must not be listed on any international sanctions list, and your account funds must not be derived from any unlawful activity including, but not limited to, money laundering, fraud, or the proceeds of crime.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration on 55kk requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided remains accurate and up to date. Any change in personal circumstances that materially affects the accuracy of your registration details must be reported to the 55kk support team promptly via [email protected].

Your account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your 55kk account to any third party. 55kk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) verification on your account where available.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 55kk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never disclose your password in response to any unsolicited request, including messages claiming to be from 55kk staff — our team will never ask for your password.

55kk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

55kk accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the account cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to the player's 55kk balance within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank may take up to two business hours to reflect, subject to banking network availability.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 55kk reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a transaction triggers our anti-money-laundering screening processes.
• Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider. 55kk does not charge a deposit processing fee.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with international financial crime prevention standards. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and standard processing times are 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) following completion of any applicable verification checks.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if the player's account has not yet completed identity verification (KYC). Players are strongly encouraged to complete KYC proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
• 55kk reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 or where the account shows unusual transaction patterns.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawable balance prior to processing.
• Players may not withdraw deposited funds that have not been used to place at least one qualifying wager, at 55kk's discretion, to prevent the platform being used as a payment processing intermediary.
• 55kk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or public holidays affecting the Bangladesh financial network.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55kk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters relating to that bonus only.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal).
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables, sports bets, and certain RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after a period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per household: Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through different accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• 55kk right to modify: 55kk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 55kk — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and all other offered markets — is governed by the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific rules published within the 55kk betting section.

• Bets accepted by the 55kk platform are binding and final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before submitting.
• 55kk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the market odds were clearly erroneous due to a data feed error or pricing mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed.
• In-play betting markets are offered subject to data availability. 55kk is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect the availability of in-play pricing during a match.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement. 55kk reserves the right to adjust individual player limits at its sole discretion.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting markets have been settled, 55kk will apply the relevant settlement rules as published in the sport-specific rules section. In the absence of a specific rule, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any algorithmic system to place bets on 55kk is strictly prohibited.

8 Casino Games

All casino games available on 55kk — including live dealer tables (powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), RNG slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), and table games — are operated under the rules published by the respective game provider. 55kk acts as the platform operator distributing these games to players; the underlying game logic, RNG certification, and payout percentages are the responsibility of each individual provider.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available from the game provider and represent the theoretical long-run return over a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will naturally deviate from the published RTP.
• In the event of a technical failure (disconnection, server error, game crash) during a live casino session, the round will be settled according to the game provider's published disconnection policy. Where no result can be determined, the stake will be returned.
• 55kk reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size on any casino game for any player at its discretion, without notice.

9 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users of 55kk are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including fraudulent identity documents.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including the proceeds of crime, fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 55kk platform to obtain credits or outcomes that would not otherwise be available.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access 55kk from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith following valid transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55kk staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the 55kk platform without written authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or data errors.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including betting history or account transaction records, arising from circumstances beyond 55kk's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security, including password compromise or unauthorised device access.
• Any reliance on information published on the 55kk platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content, which is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors.

In any circumstance where 55kk is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the relevant player to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

55kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive account activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• At 55kk's reasonable business discretion, with at least 7 days' notice provided where practical.

Upon termination for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to Terms

55kk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or bonus eligibility — 55kk will provide reasonable advance notice, which may include an in-platform notification, an email to your registered address, or a notice posted prominently on the 55kk homepage.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of English contract law and international online gaming best practices. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
